Neo Performance Materials is pleased to announce that it has completed the previously announced acquisition of the assets of Anhui Asia Magnets Co., Ltd. (“SAMAG”), a privately-owned manufacturer of compression molded neodymium-iron-boron (“NdFeB”) bonded magnets.
